FB3 were well known faces in the 2-Tone Movement as they all were prominent members of The Specials. When "Ghost Town" reached UK#1 on July 11, 1981, The Specials had split - Singers Terry Hall, Neville Staples and Lynval Golding had left as the Fun Boy Three with their first single already recorded with Dave Jordan.
